I haven’t used it a lot yet. Messed up my knee and getting down to the chair would be painful. And then on vacation. But I enjoyed the few times I did. Love the feeling the heat gives, the separation I feel in the unit so that I concentrate on me and what this is doing for me. Especially love the room light off, just the red light on the unit on. I’m in my own separate cocoon.

The NURECOVER sauna is great for what it is. The heater works great, heats up quckly, easy to use and the timer works great. The framework and tent seem sturdy enough. I like the full window in the door as i have it set up on the covered deck for the summer and i can still watch the birds. The sauna has its' own outlet and I unplug it when not in use. The door zipper slides well but maneuvering it around the frame can be difficult and the longer the door is open, the more heat that escapes. I am going to try lowering the heater on the post because the lower part of the tent doesnt get very hot; the framework above the heater gets hot to the touch, but the lower part stays cool so maybe lowering it will get heat to the knees. I didnt receive a thermometer so i dont know what the exact temperature is. I don't know anything about red light therapy, but the light strip works fine. The chair that came with the sauna is pretty silly; not much more than a toddler's camp chair. Fortunately i have an adult sized chair of the same style that works fine. It can be a bit tricky to maneuver getting in and out if you have any mobility issues, like BAD knees, which is why i wanted the sauna. The tent size prohibits you from really relaxing your legs. And you cant up straight unless you are only 4.5 ft tall. I know all of this sounds kind of bad, but i really do like the Nurecover Pro Sauna. Once I am in it and settled feels great.

Decent for the price. Definitely gets hot and works well, but the poles are flimsy, the red light strip is pretty awful trying to hang unless you buy silicon ties that are heat resistant and non toxic or else you have to use the shitty plastic ones that come with the sauna and don’t stay clipped well. Overall, this is an interesting product and isn’t bad, but definitely isn’t worth over $250 regardless of how hot it gets. Also, if you own an apartment— make sure you have a good 6’ by 6’ area near an outlet. Don’t try to fit the assembled sauna thru a standard door. You will be pisssseddd. The heat is solid and I feel good after using the product, so I still give it a 3.5-4 star overall!
The sauna is nice. Warms to adequate temperatures. I would have given 5 stars but the chair was defected and does not work. It was ripped at seam

Very easy setup. Followed directions for preheat for 5 and 20 minutes in sauna. It has become my happy place. I listen to music and ponder my thoughts. Great way to start or end my day. Extremely happy with this sauna.
It gets HOT! Great unit so far. Heats up quickly and is roomy enough for a big guy might have to buy a bigger chair than the one provided. Also I have had to play with the heater location moving it about 18 inches from the bottom seems to have a better heat area.

Does everything I had hoped and more. Definitely goes past 185 degrees, heats up fast. Set up was easy, even by myself. I’ve wanted one forever and the price and promise made this a no brainer. I did change out the chair, it’s fragile and I wanted to be higher. This has really been a wonderful experience. A very, very hot experience, use it nightly and my girlfriend comes by 3 days a week. Sleep is better, inflammation, when you get out, you know something changed in a positive way. Love it.

Chair broke within the first month. I’m 200 pounds and the plastic got hot and broke. System heats up inconsistently. I didn’t receive any free gifts unless the chair and a towel was part of the free gifts. Overall it works, but if you’re looking to get the benefits of 170+ temps you have to lean over the heater.

Gets up to 185 degrees…. And just the right size for one person to sit in. I had to adjust the height of the heating element a little lower to ensure it got to the right temperature. But overall very pleased.

The Nurecover sauna is the real deal. The directions on how to put it together was very simple due the instructions in the manual.
