Mat is fine. We didn't get an ice cube tray. We got refillable ice packs. They work fine to cool the water but a bit awkward to get in the bath with.

Everything showed up quickly and as advertised. Sauna works great and maintains a temperature of 148f to provide a good sweat at 29 minutes. It was easy to set up. I feel that the sauna does lose heat through the clear window section of the sauna. It may retain more heat if the window was restricted to just the top half of the current design.
